It is with great pleasure that we at New World Educational Center welcome you and your child to our school. Your child’s education is of utmost importance to our staff. All lessons presented to students are correlated to Arizona State Standards and Benchmarks. 

The staff at N.W.E.C strives to meet the needs of each individual child attending our school.  Your child will work hard and will encounter academic challenges on a daily basis.  Our expectation is that you and your child are active participants in their learning journey.  It is important that students, parents, and staff work closely together to form the support system needed for your child’s success.  Parents are encouraged and always welcome to visit our school, except during testing days. Parent/teacher conferences are held twice a year (Fall and Spring).   We encourage parents to volunteer in the classrooms at least once during the school year, more often if possible. Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher with any questions or concerns regarding class work, homework, behavior, or any other issues. We encourage you to attend any of the many special events throughout the year. Communication between home and school is key to a student’s success. 

During the first week of school, your child will receive a student planner. Included in your child’s student planner, you will find information regarding school policies, a school calendar, daily schedule, and a midterm progress report. Together we will create lifelong learners within a comfortable, safe, and trusting environment. We look forward to another productive and exciting successful year.
